After an appointment with a doctor, members received a paper with a summary of their visit, instructions, and medications needed. The paper form was also available in a PDF under Past Appointments within the mobile app for users to review online. Users wanted a more digital-friendly format to know what their next steps were to proceed.

I created an action-orientated design that allowed for easy scanning of tasks frequently taken after a visit to Kaiser Permanente. The updated section of the IOS and Android apps acted as an interactive guide for members to reference and inform them on the status of their follow-up items.
