Due to scale and 3rd party integrations, KP.org was unable to release a unified responsive mobile web experience in unison. While the team worked to rollout the ideal experience, we had an immediate need to recommend an interim experience and visually capture the flow.

I created a site map of the different experiences the user would have and pulled together scenarios based on our personas. I also created an Invision prototype to allow internal team members to have a better sense of the end-to-end experience for the member.
